RecommendedI had a wonderful time at the salt cave. The salt cave itself was so relaxing and refreshing! I definitely would recommend to anyone who’s looking for an alternative spa day. I also tried the biomat which helped tremendously with my body aches! 5 star service and such a cute little place! I will be back!

Great place to relax, unwind and do something good for any respiratory issues, headaches, etc. Lynn the owner is great and makes you feel right at home! Will definitely go back and bring friend!

We are lucky to have the Salt Cave in Caldwell. I always go to Montclair for all my things....yoga, meditation, etc. The salt cave is really nice, the owner Lynn is extremely kind and helpful. A really nice addition to our community!!!
