I lived 2 years at the home, Mr Caldwell was very professional he responded on a timely manner when their was an issue. I resigned a second lease but unfortunately the house was sold and I moved out at the end of the lease. I would have signed another year etc. He Didn’t have another property available.

My family is currently on our second years lease renting from mr. Caldwell the first year we didn't really have any major issues with mr. Caldwell, but we did have several issues with a roommate items just disappearing totaling several hundred dollars and he stopped paying his portion of rent and said he wouldn't leave unless he was evicted.
