Our family's vet office was closed and our puppy was very ill. We couldn't afford to go to the ER Clinic, but the AWESOME STAFF and VETERINARIAN on duty took care of and treated our puppy , even though we were a walk -in and they were booked. our puppy is doing great! and expect a full recovery Thank you so much CALDWELL PET HOSPITAL #Very Professional
Turned away and Refused to help a puppy sick with parvo due to disagreement.. I kept finding inconsistencies in everything they were saying and it all started a few days ago at night when speaking to a man who im quite positive was the actual Veterinarian by his voice... Worst place ever... staff super rude, tried calling for appointment 5 times 3 times put on hold then hung up on other 2 just no answer so I went there to see what the deal was and saw all the employees standing in lobby (not busy) and they all turned at me and just hand signaled to call and when I said I did and no answer they just signaled again to call so I went back into my car and called and no answer twice!!!! I’m literally just trying to make sure my dog is ok and they could care less....

I absolutely love these people. We unfortunately lost our cat completely randomly driving from Modesto to San Diego and we happened to be passing through... they were so so sweet about the situation. It was so sad but they made us feel comforted and empathized with what we were going through. They even sent us a card for our loss and everyone in the office signed it... it was such a terrible experience but if it was going to happen, i am genuinely so happy it happened with them. Dr. Adams is AMAZING & currently has my baby at her own house overnight just to provide comfort for me by making sure she’s okay through the 1st night after surgery because I was traumatized by a different (out of state) vet when they sent my other baby home in shock convulsing & not drinking/ eating for 3 days from a reaction to the anesthesia.
Rude and definitely shouldn’t be doing any type of surgery. This place is just trash.
We took my babygirl there after she was rescued... very unsure of what to expect. They have always treated her with the most amazing care, and attention to detail, and will ALWAYS answer any questions or concerns. I give this place a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone! ❤️
