Every time we come here it's a minimum wait of 45 minutes or more just to get called back. Switched my son after Dr Caldwell wouldn't give him a flu shot when I requested it. Found out at the new doctor that he was missing several of his vaccinations, which we found odd as we had been taking him to get them. Keep being sold products instead of having my son treated. After a supposed quick follow up today for my daughter, which took and hour to get back with no explanation, my children not I will step foot in this place again... read more
I hate this place more and more....we will be finding new dr. cause for someone that come to their children appointments on time 15 min earlier to make it worse to still be sitting in the office 1 hr later is STUPID!!!! for a checkup REALLY!! I would of in the past referred parents to this office now I would tell steer clear of this place. They have no customer service, they don't care about the patients just making money by over booking patients I wonder does Dr. Caldwell know or just don't care. We're so blessed to have found Dr Caldwell! Finding a Dr that supports us NOT vaccinating and supports us Co sleeping is a rare find! She's pleasant and knowledgeable and great with the kids!
My family has NEVER had ANY problems with the office!!! The doctors and staff at Caldwell Pediatrics have ALWAYS taken GREAT care of all three of our children (oldest is 17 and youngest is now 7)...even when our youngest was born 3 months early and had several issues, they took THE BEST care of her...and still do every time we go there! I would NEVER think of going ANYWHERE else!!! LOVE THEM ALL!!!! We are treated like family when we walk in the door!! :)
This is the last time I deal with Caldwell Pediatric. I have been in several times, waited much too long with my now one year old twins and had them cancel appointments because they were scheduled incorrectly by their staff after sitting in the waiting room for 40 mins thinking we'd be seen. I have called for sick appointments and they weren't able to get us in and I had to go to Patient First instead. We have been waiting since November for our flu booster.
