Pathetic. We will NEVER be taking any of our three animals here again. Unorganized, insensitive, zero follow through. I always dreaded our visits here but continued to tolerate them for whatever reason. Went to pick up my thirteen year old shih tzu (from what was supposed to be strictly a blood test ) and after waiting and waiting, was casually told by "Dr. Martin" that he "had a seizure and is on oxygen" but "oh he's fine". I was also told that he had been muzzled, which we did not authorize and would never have allowed. Af... read more
