Thanks for taking care of our fur babies while we were gone. When we picked them up they were clean and smelled good. This was their first time to board for so long and we're happy they seem to have done just fine. We only called twice to check on them, that's pretty good out of 6 days! Thanks again.
When My friend went to pick up Wyatt they forgot to give her his food and bowl. On top of that the girl at the front desk could not figure out why our balance was $0.. We paid it over the phone that morning. When Jordan came all the way back to get his stuff they gave her someone else's lower grade food and bowl. Wyatt eats expensive food and has a special bowl to slow him down while eating. I can only wonder if they feed him the correct food while he was there and if some other dog ate his food. I can't say enough nice things about Dr Sokol. He treated our dog last week for pancreatitis and was so sharp. Without an appointment our dog was seen immediately, tests were begun, and we received lab results. Dr. Sokol's diagnosis was correct and the treatment produced immediate results. He called several days later just to check on our dog. I think he is so smart and professional.
Our animals are like our kids. They are members of our family. Caldwell Mill is who we choose for our furry loves. We love Caldwell Mill Animal Clinic.
These Drs have taken care of my pets for 20 years. There are several vet clinics much closer to me but I wouldn't use any others to care for my pets!❤️
I love these professional caring folks we have been with them 20+ years. Never been anywhere but ER. And we board on occasion.
