We love the staff here. They really care about their patients.
I would recommend going else where. I have had issues with getting accurate results or having to call constantly for results. A very specific lab was ordered to try and determine an underlying issue. I was told by multiple people at the office that the result was normal. It wasn't until going to another doctor with the results/notes from Caldwell Immediate Care that I found out I was told everything came back normal but there was actually no result. I’ve had such a good experience with Dr. Page and NP Mindy. They’re both super easy to talk to and really take their time listening, which makes a huge difference. Mindy explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and Dr. Page is calm, thorough, and never makes you feel rushed. The whole office has a welcoming vibe, the staff is kind, and everything runs pretty smoothly. I always leave feeling heard and taken care of. The doctor is great, took her time listening to my concerns. But had to dock a star for the thick Febreeze smell in every room. A place of wellness shouldn’t be filled with something that causes illness.
