Just had my first cleaning at Caldwell. Not only was it an easy experience beginning to end, but I had the best cleaning I have ever had by Ellie. I absolutely hate going to the dentist and haven't been in nearly 3 years. Ellie was gentle and effective. If I wasn't moving I would absolutely come here again. Thanks.
Before finding this practice, my experiences with dentists were expensive, painful, and, frankly, dangerous. I dreaded every appointment. Dr. Caldwell and his entire team are the complete opposite of that experience—in the best possible way. From start to finish, everything is thoughtful, clear, and genuinely centered on patient care. They can’t seem to figure out their billing. It’s been very frustrating dealing with their office. They are sending bills to my wife for my services, and sending me bills for services for my wife. I honestly don’t understand how difficult it is to bill someone for the services they get rather than sending the bill to someone else entirely.
Good place with good people. Dr. Caldwell has done right by me twice now with root canals and his hygienist Bridget is great too! Babs is awesome up front to top it off! Never thought I wouldn't be freaked out by the dentist, but these guys are tops!
