RecommendedWe moved to East Mesa a year and a half ago from Texas. We have been looking for a good barbecue restaurant. Caldwell Barbecue is 1 mile from our house and the food is delicious! The atmosphere was comfortable and really nice. The staff was very friendly!

My wife and I went here Saturday night and the place was hoppin.. As we walk up the smell of the smoke BBQ wafted through the air, was the welcome we received as we walked up to Caldwells. We stood in line and decided to order some Brisket, Ribs, & Sausage, along with some Mac & Cheese and Potato Salad. The staff was warm and friendly and very helpful in our making our selection.. OmG!!!! 1st time here and tried their brisket, ribs, macncheese & corn casserole. Everything was fantastic!!! The meats where crazy juicy and tender!!! We will definitely be back again... and again... and again... and again... 😁🍽🤤🤤🤤

Our first time tonight and the BBQ was so delicious! I split some pulled pork & sausage with my son and it was tender. Loved the lemon poppyseed coleslaw. Service was friendly as well. We plan on coming back and bringing family when they come into town.
