This place has amazing smoked meats! It was very tasty! The corn was so good too! We enjoyed it!
Caldwell's has a good country vibe going on and the staff we ran into were all polite. The brisket and sausage we on point good flavor and not over smoked. I also liked all three sauces with the mustard being my favorite. On the down side the pulled pork was over cooked almost mush. I will definitely be back to try the Turkey and give the pulled pork another chance. This round I will go after work hours and enjoy an adult beverage with the BBQ.
