He did get my case to be seen for another hearing, so that is good. However, do not contact him if he hasn’t initiated contact. Other than accidentally contacting him when I was trying to get ahold of my bankruptcy attorney the only other time I contacted him after he sent my case to another attorney for my hearing was when I couldn’t get in contact with that attorney (that he chose). I am STILL astounded and stunned with the quality of service my attorney Mark A. Caldwell and his staff provided me at the time I was in needed their services in 2009. I had just applied for S.S.D.I benefits from Social Security and as a precautionary measure, I hired them the day I applied, as I had been told by the advocate whom helped me with the paperwork to expect a denial from the S.S.A...
