AVOID this woman at all costs! She is a snake! She was called in to do an appraisal and rather than just do her job she called the seller, and offered the seller $500 to cut the contract with me to sell to her!! She was a terrible and unpleasant to work with, very unprofessional and just an awkward woman in general. Update: she is still harassing the seller for whatever reason. I’ve never met a woman who just by looking at her you could tell she is the lowest form of scum.
