OMG! This family owned and operated HVAC company is beyond amazing. They came during summer, same day to my parents rental property and for a few hundred dollars, the renters were beyond happy! Scott is a true , experienced professional. I live in an apartment and the air conditioning/ heating just stopped working. Thermostat went blank. Quality of work is very minimal but the cost of services far exceeded competitors. We were charged $600 to replace a capacitor. I had 2 others service quotes shortly after and were told that the services we received shouldn't have cost more than $200-$350. If you're looking to overpaid then this is the place to go.
Thank you Scott for always reminding me of the small things I can do to prevent major costs to my home's heating and air. I love your maintenance plan for home check-ups. Calculated Air is the best resource for making sure I'm not paying too much for AC repairs.
