I can not express our appreciation enough for Dr. Trimnell and his staff. We live in Ridgecrest and during the difficult process of saying goodbye to our dog Mojave, Dr. Trimnell and staff were able to come to our home and assist in Mojave's passing. They were gentle, patient and communicative all while caring for our pup during his final moments. We are grateful to have found this team.
This pet clinic is absolutely amazing. My husband had found a dog that had been shot and left to die in the desert and after being helped by so many people I was put in contact with a woman with Socks and Paws Rescue and with her help and these amazing people they were ready and waiting for the dog who has been named "Oreo". I would travel with my own dogs to come here because of the compassion and genuine care from everyone shown here.
Took my dog there yesterday seen the doctor the doctor just looked at him said I had a very sick dog witch I knew that's y I took him they took his tempeture and try to charge me 400 for xrays I denied the treatment then they gave me the option of support treatment witch I was considering until I asked the lady is this gunna work and she said well idk he could drop dead within an hour in front of my 3 year old so I took my dog to Tachapi!later that day after I got home rose Murphy from the cal city pet clinic took her time t... read more
I love the staff and the doc. Everyone always goes above and beyond to take care of my animals.
Yesterday I brought my dog who passed away into be cremated. The staff was friendly and understanding, and let me take my time deciding on the urn and saying my goodbyes to my beloved dog. I will be returning for any services I need for my future animals.
