Kim is the most unprofessional and rude female I’ve ever dealt with. First, when I scheduled the appointment for my Maltese no one told me (I don’t love in California) that I had to wait outside and these people would take my pet without me there to see what is going on. I’m standing outside the door and this female asks me for payment. At no time have I ever dealt with providing payment for a service (mine or pet) before receiving the service. California City Pet Clinic is a complete and total Joke! The male Veterinarian hates Pit Bulls and he caused mine to die with tumors, rather than treat and remove the tumors. He lied to us and took our money for treatment he did not perform. He is incompetent and I am going to make sure the whole pit bull world knows what a creep and cheat he is, and how he actually made my dog suffer. worse vet i have every been too. first my adopted dog was put under without doing a blood pane that I requested from the shelter 2nd they wanted to charge me 400 to "drain" a sore the puppy had...which ended up to be nothing he is fine now just with antibiotics that I requested he be started on. 3rd I asked the nurse to check the dog for fleas and ticks if he had them to start the dog on flea and tick meds. They were professional and kind. I drove an hour to take my dog here and it was worth it.
I actually really liked this little place! From the receptionist to the doctor. The nurse, I can't remember her name, she was AMAZING! I liked they were no-nonsense, didn't beat around the bush or try to recommend procedures that wasn't warranted. Kinda pricey, but most Veterinarian offices are. No complaints, just hilarious moments from a cat on pain meds! 😂🤪
