We worked with this architect to prepare the plans needed to legalize a car lift installation that had been done without a permit. During the process, the general contractor and the permit runner disappeared after receiving payment, leaving us in a difficult situation. Thankfully, the architect and his team remained involved and supportive the entire time. Their consistency and professionalism saved us from having to restart the entire process.
