EPIC FAIL I had an 8:30 a.m. appointment. My car wasn’t completed until 3:30 p.m. for what was supposed to be a diagnostic test. The staff had no regards to the fact that I’d spent an ENTIRE DAY waiting for my car. No loaner or rental car was ever offered , neither was there any update communication done within the first 3 hours. The purpose of my visit was due to an initial a/c service I had done on 7/10/25 at the hefty price of $800+. Less than 90 days later my car’s a/c was no longer cooling. Kevin was so polite and funny. They got me in and out for my oil change! The other staff as well were so welcoming!
