I went in to look at new Jeep Gladiators. I walked around the lot and saw that they only have a handful. They have a large lot, so I figured they may have more elsewhere. Brough my car in because of issues with the automatic started. They kept the car, said it was the auxiliary battery and replaced it. I kept having the SAME issue with the automatic started, brought the car back within 30 days and they said something with the main battery was lose, tighten it up and charged me again. I asked the service representative Jasen why I had to pay again and he said that was a separate fee which I still don't understand why I had to paid again.
