Place is nice, but the lady name Lynn at the front is rude. I don’t know if she is have a bad day. But not a nice person. Hope she has a better day.
Pro: Very nice high efficient homes; Prices are very reasonable compared to other new developments; Gilbert school district; sales staff are very friendly. Homes are loaded with smart features. Con: Very small backyard. HOA a bit high.
Excellent floor plans. Super impressive all 8' doors. Amazon wireless package including door cam, Thermostat, counter-top voice and video console. Master bedroom is very large. Huge walking closet. Sales team is very helpful. Another unexpected bonus: two car garage + two almost all covered parking spaces just outside of garage.
Nice builder clean area they care about clean up and keeping trades clean
