Worst experience ever. They are intially fantastic and promise you everything is going smoothly and they are past all delays. They respond quickly and get you into picking options and everything right away. Then once they have your money it all stops. Now there are delays again. We have been sitting and waiting for over 6 months now with still no foundation poured and it keeps getting pushed due to “number of homes being built”.
