I was completely ripped off by this firm. I was charged an enormous amount of money for what I therefore imaged would take a long time, 10 hours, with the two men I was told it would take to do the job. However, it took a morning with one man, and a kid who helped clean up. I am totally outraged that Emilio was not able to compromise on the huge amount of profit he made on this job, and feel that he understood that it was a small job but as a housewife I wouldn't know how small it was, and therefore he was able to rip me off... read more
