We had just switched this doctors office, Unfortunately we are back at looking for new family doctor.. NP Ricks was great, but there needs to be a major change of staffing in the office. Initial visit with Lana Carr was awesome! She is truly a caring professional doctor, which I have not had in many years. The entire staff was very helpful and courteous. So glad I choose the Carr's and their practice to provide the health care I need.
