Bought my condo, and Moved in about 3 years ago. Been having problems with the laundry room every week for years now. The machines are either broken, or the new couple that moved in a year ago will leave their laundry in for 24 hours. Tried telling the Hoa. They told me since I complain about it so much I should move out. They emailed me with a smart ass remark saying, “they have a real estate agent that can help me sell my condo” in order to get me out of here… Which is silly. I own my condo. Property is clean, quiet, and the pool is great!
No! I'm an owner. They just attempted to raise my fees, you have to pay at least $200 for services every month for them to take out the trash and basically do nothing else. They want $7 more every month, which is ridiculously insignificant to most, but thats not the point. The hallways smell horrible. Water leaks in the entire building. And people put trash in the hallway for someone else to take. Are you kidding me? They literally put trash in the hallway and it can be there for days.
