I own my condo. Property is clean, quiet, and the pool is great!
No! I'm an owner. They just attempted to raise my fees, you have to pay at least $200 for services every month for them to take out the trash and basically do nothing else. They want $7 more every month, which is ridiculously insignificant to most, but thats not the point. The hallways smell horrible. Water leaks in the entire building. And people put trash in the hallway for someone else to take. Are you kidding me? They literally put trash in the hallway and it can be there for days.
