Need better staff and a more concerned doctor
Hire new staff.
If I had the option for a negative number it would be in double digits.... 2 days ago i tried to set an appointment and this so called " office manager" was very unprofessional and rude over the phone , i think she may hate her job or she's not good at it at all. She lacks of customer service skills, and I was the owner of that office she would be fire on the spot. I should've record the conversation. Horrible. My first visit and exactly what every one else says.. very impatient doctor. I have been waiting 5 friggin days for her to send my prescription to my pharmacy. The office tells me she is the only doctor there and they are short staffed.. well then stop taking on new patients.
