I love Dr. Calagua! She’s super kind, patient, and really takes the time to listen. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great neurologist!
Need better staff and a more concerned doctor
Hire new staff.
If I had the option for a negative number it would be in double digits.... 2 days ago i tried to set an appointment and this so called " office manager" was very unprofessional and rude over the phone , i think she may hate her job or she's not good at it at all. She lacks of customer service skills, and I was the owner of that office she would be fire on the spot. I should've record the conversation.
