Hice una llamada para hacer una cita como paciente nueva y que tan mala impresión desde la primera llamada, la recepcionista respondió como si la estuvieran molestando, llamé le di las buenas tardes y ella me respondió "sí que necesita" y el resto de la conversación nada agradable me respondía como si estuviera molesta que falta de profeccionalismo.
