I had needed a change made to my paperwork which was sent in an email to Calabrese Law 4 days before my appointment. 4 days should have been ample time to have paperwork corrected. Instead, the employee, Kim Russo, that I was assigned to outright lied and said that she never received the email. I had the email on my phone and it was all there in black and white.
