I felt the physical exam was not thorough at all--just took blood pressure and pulse, listened to heart, did an EKG, and ordered lab work. Breast exam was "weird" - just lifted up bra cups and pushed a couple of times (not thorough). More disappointed with office, though--uncomfortably hard chairs with rounded backs and very narrow aisle from doctor's office back to the lab. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? All the time. They accuse me of making problems up Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.
