Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Not really Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all Was this provider's office too loud? Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

I have been seeing Dr Calabrese for years, but as of late, the treatment that I have been receiving is sub par. She doesn't even return phone calls. Today I called because my blood pressure was 187/96 and I needed to know what to do since I can't get an appointment until Monday. I called at 12pm and never received a return phone call from the Dr or her staff.
