The Team is just like Family; they've been working together for years and years. Great continuity of care for adolescents and families. The work is superb, and I'm a former (retired) anesthesiologist - Dr Baker is pre-eminent when it comes to selection of anesthetic, insertion with super fine needle, and most importantly, just having the patience to wait until the anesthetic actually work before starting one move!
