Fantastic place
I have been taking my pets here for 8-10 years. I mainly see Dr. Palm and Dr. Jurberg but have seen other vets who were also very helpful. They have been given my pets expert medical service with so much care and compassion. Dr. Palm without a doubt saved my dogs life over 2 years ago and I will remain forever grateful. I have had 3 pets pass on there and the whole staff was so compassionate, even making me prints of their paw prints which I treasure. The office staff are very kind and helpful. As a member of the Barney and Russem veterinary diaspora, Cal West was a sanctuary. The staff was very kind and helped me get the insulin my cat has had for almost a decade after being extorted by new owners at the previous business. Every individual I communicated with was respectful and understanding. Thanks for the pleasant experience in a hurried moment.
