Great experience! The staff was professional and easy to talk with.
Calwest's Ryan agreed that my financing was approved after I sent bank statements and ssn for credit review. Then, I drove 3 hours to get the car, only to have them claim that in fact I had a N/A credit score and offered me financing @31% interest. I left and then drove 3 hours home with nothing but the insult. I had a credit score the week before, online, of 640/685. These guys are the "used car salesmen" stereotype, perfectly reinforced.
Bought the car i wanted and Matt was verynice.
Didn't contact me back for a week, the the vehicle was gone
This dealership guy Matthew was very responsive and nice. He didn’t know too much about the car and it’s special functions. The car was dirty and not detailed. It drove very rocky and the brakes seemed warm out. We went with another vehicle.

Good response time, Bryan and Ryan were both very pleasant to speak with and there was no pressure so we took our time and looked at the suvs we were interested in (infinity, Tahoe, suburban, Durango, Pilot), though only test drive one. Lots of choices on the lot, though none were cleaned up, so they were shown dirty/smelly (one Jeep actually had mold growing on the carpet in the back seat), or with broken plastic interior components. Left without purchase and with an impression of carelessness, or apathy, by the business.
Similar to Mary's review. Brian (Owner) and Matt (Salesperson) deal in BAD faith. We had a agreed upon price and gave my drivers license and other contract information to them. On my way from Sacramento with their check to meet at agreed upon time and sign the contract--Brian and Matt use our deal to sell the car to somebody else.
