I recently leased a Ford Escape from Phil Long Ford. I was attracted by an ad for a lease with no money down. I was skeptical and contacted the dealership. Juan Montoya returned my call and assured me that there was no catch. The dealership was busy since it was a Saturday, but the service I received from Juan Montoya and his associate Justin Casteel was excellent. The whole process took just 2 1/2 hours, and I drove away with my new Escape.
Staff was friendly. Most of all, Bill T. was an awesome salesman. He was patient and very informational. He worked with me until the very end and was not pushy like some at other dealerships I have visited. Well done Bill and staff.
Went to three Ford dealerships and was very happy with the professionalism of Phil Long's staff. I live in Castle Rock but decided to buy at Phil Long. I was in the car business in my earlier days and they were by far the most knowledgable and easier to work with. This is my first Ford and my sales lady Kerri Smith was fantastic, she showed my wife everything on car which was a lot. Kerri also had to go get the car down in Pueblo. Would highly recommend Phil Long Ford.
Excellent, friendly, fast service. Plus, they met the price of a competitor's vehicle and then lowered their price by another $500. In and out of the finance office to sign paperwork in just ten minutes!
Nameer Mikhail was a great sales person. Got me what I wanted for my Ford Explorer and helped me pick my new Ford Excape. I love everything about it and my shopping experience was wonderful. I will come to Phil Long for all of my car needs.
Dwayne in the service department is great! I could never find a service center that I trusted to get what needed to be done without adding on. I now have found that a place that I can trust and am not only taking my car but my husband's also.
As an Automobile Transporter, I personally know and have the ability to go to many different dealers in Colorado to buy a car. Ford gave me a great job for many years hauling their cars and the quality of those cars have gotten nothing but better through the years. This is the second time within less than a year that we purchased a new Ford Explorer through Phil Long and on both occasions had a chance to work with Crystal Fuller, We were totally impressed and happy to work with Crystal on both times. She displayed total professionalism and expertise in getting us what we wanted.
A word of caution: I took my vehicle in for an oil&filter change using my Ford coupon book on Dec 10th. I arrived and was told it would be 1-1.5 hrs to complete this service...This is called Quick Lane Service. They were able to complete this in one hour and notified me to pick up my keys at the cashier. I waited about four minutes, standing there waiting for the cashier to even say hi, can I help you?
