Had an appointment, but they didn't feel the need to tell me it was canceled!!! Show up, and the gate is closed . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Terrible experience. Front desk lady was nice. However, when it came to cleaning my teeth... she scrapped for like 3 mins (jumped around in there); it felt rushed and low quality. Whole experience was unlike any other dental experience I have had. I had four problematic things in my mouth; my cleaning should have lasted more than three minutes. I’ve been coming here for several years now and even though they seem to have a turn over of dentists, they have always been good. They don’t pressure you into work you don’t need done and everyone is kind and compassionate.
