This management place is the worst . The manager Nicole Loiseaux doesn’t do her job and they just won’t fix things in the apartment so when you move out they say you broke everything and charge you a bunch for it . The most pathetic one in the charges was ... string left at door knob $12.46 .
Beware!!! They took over $1,000 from my security deposit and have provided zero help over the summer forcing me to collect my money through small claims court. Throughout the five years I had them they routinely ignored requests making me have to take care of everything myself. They raised my rent by over $500 and during the 60 day notice showed my place to prospective buyers almost every single day.
