Do not use these guys! Charlie lapurga has taken advantage of my elderly relatives. A sudden death changed the course of our remodel. Permits were not approved by the city. The drawing he claims warranted the down payment and he was also insisting on charging them another 10 thousand on top of the 20k that he refuses to return.
