We used Zeb for the first time to find us a house during this crazy time of overbids and multiple offers from buyers. Zeb got our offer accepted in front of several other offers because he had the experience to not only write the offer with the best terms but convince the agent that we would close and not have any issues while going through escrow. I was put in an unfortunate position where I had to sell my house (for personal reasons). This was not something I wanted to do. In fact, it was the last thing I wanted. The reality of moving and finding a new place to live did not sit with me well. Along came Zeb, he was referred to me by a co-worker so I met with him and explained my situation.
