I post this review for my friend. She had a really bad experience in this dental. Here is her story. I came here before because my teeth turned black and the nerves were necrotic. After consultation, I was told that the only option I had was to have a root canal treatment. All patients are well-cared for, creating a welcoming feeling akin to coming home—unlike some local dental practices where you might feel neglected. Two years ago, I had a root canal done here. Recently, I discovered that there is a bacterial infection. For this reason, I will never return here for further treatment. The experience with this clinic was terrible, not sure how they got such high Google ratings. Back then, I purchased dental insurance, and the insurance company required a six-month claim. The owner, KK, required me to pay $1000 in cash first and promised to reimburse me later. However, she later informed me that the insurance company couldn't cover as much.... read more
