Early Nov 2020, Cal Coast Ophthalmic is STILL l harassing my office for a payment !? But, they had received and cashed my checks on May 29 and July 7 for complete payment of the one time service in the office. I must change my review to 1 star... for their total irresponsibility and disorganization!! DON'T PATRONIZE THIS STUPID COMPANY.
OLD POST WAS 1 STAR: Cal Coast Ophthalmic has been very aggressive and harsh in this era of business shutdown due to the cover pandemic. Immediately, the company harassed and threatened my business and did not acknowledge partial payments which is reasonable during this 3 MONTH SHUTDOWN crisis . DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR OPTOMETRIC /OPHTHALMOLOGIC OFFICE NEEDS! THEY ARE GREEDY , HARSH AND THREATENING TO THE OD COMMUNITY.
