RecommendedI just brought my Brompton in for service. Todd did an awesome job getting it ready for use. I’ve been riding it for two days now and I’m very happy. I bought the bicycle at Cal Coast last year. All is well and I recommend Cal Coast. Even my dog Suzie loves going for bike rides.

Wow what a great bunch of guys there at Cal Coast Bikes!!!! I live out of state and tried to buy a Ibis Ripmo XTR build. Local shop was not very helpful to say the least. I called Ibis to see if I could order direct they referred me to Cal Coast and I'm sure glad they did. These guys are true professionals and enthusiasts. Built my Ripmo very fast with lots of custom touches and lots of communication along the way. I will certainly do business with them again. This is the location for annual SDMBA photo contest that is hosted by Cal Coast Bicycles. The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable re: their products. They are well stocked in merchandise of all sorts . Their repair service is excellent. I enjoy coming to their store.
They truly go the extra mile with excellent service! Also, if you are an SDMBA member, they offer generous discounts. I have nothing but positive things to say.
The customer service at this shop has established itself as par excellence amongst its peers. Great selection of bike models, and demo bikes. Bike repairs are always spot on !
I've bought a few bikes here, I feel like I get a good price, and the Service and maintenance after is excellent.And quick service. Lots of times I'll ride him and my problem will be fixed in 10 minutes. They make me a priority.
These guys rock! Visiting San Diego, went in to demo a bike for a day, and they not only took an awesome amount of time setting the bike up for me, but then spent a tonne of time giving me awesome trail suggestions. Rad dudes to chat with, and a nice, clean, professional shop. If I lived in San Diego, this would be my LBS! Thanks guys for helping me get an awesome day of riding in! Stoked!
As an avid cyclist for 25 years, I do a lot of my own maintenance, and really trust very few shops to work in my bikes. Cal Coast stands out. The service department is amazing.
