Cal Bay techs have always been on time for scheduled services. Our last encounter was to replace our aging heater. All workers involved were awesome! Everything went smoothly including payment plan setup. I absolutely would recommend this company for their services
Cal Bay is by far the best HVAC company we’ve ever dealt with. I had an issue with my hot water heater this morning and it was resolved by 2 o’clock this afternoon very reasonable price couldn’t ask for better service from the scheduler and Juan who showed up to do the repair work was very efficient and cordial
Freddy was very polite and professional. He answered all our questions, and had a good sense of humor. The office staff were also very friendly and helpful. We had our furnace and ductwork replaced. The crew was efficient, professional and hardworking. It was a 2-day job, and they cleaned up before they left for the night. They were on time, and explained everything. Freddy checked on the crew during the day. We would highly recommend the Cal-Bay company for furnace and ductwork replacement.
They’ve installed a mini split for us twice now. Both times, very professional installation at an excellent price. I would highly recommend.
