Freddy identified a problem with my heater during service visit. Not trying to sell anything played out all my options and prices- suggested optimal solution. Once I agreed, he negotiated final price with the owner and basically managed the crew installing new heater. The crew was great and did the job quickly. Freddy followed up with me and accommodated my concerns with new thermostat. Came next day and installed a new one. Unbelievable quality of service that we may not see such frequently. Bravo Cal-Bay and bravo Freddy.
Freddy was extremely helpful with explaining the services that Cal Bay service offers. He took the time to explain the details I needed to consider for the best course of action. My concern was about safety, and Freddie was able to answer all of my questions putting my mind at ease. He was thorough and took his time. I recommend this business for any of your heating or cooling needs because this is a business I trust.
I contacted Cal Bay to get a furnace tune up before we head into the winter months. I was so grateful for the honest experience I had when the tech came, did a basic once over and noted that my furnace was in good shape and did not in fact need a tune up. He gave me some advice on how to maintain it on my own as well, and left with no charge for his time or advice. Much appreciated!
The technician that came to my house Freddy is his name did a wonderful job. He was extremely skillful and experienced and knowledgeable. I could tell by the way he worked he could do it in his sleep. He was very polite, considerate, and showed me how to work all the new equipment He is very patient and understanding. Freddy is an asset to his organization
This is the first time I ever used Cal Bay service for my AC and heater. I had a coupon. They were excellent and did a fantastic good job. I am very pleased with him. I would recommend them to anybody.
