This is a terrible place to live. The current Park Manager has a chip on her shoulder, is condescending and rude, gives no explanations for her actions, and runs the place like a Gulag. The rent gets raised higher and higher each year with this year at almost $100 a month with no improvements or explanation why it should be so high. The horrible manager of the Rose Garden, a Cal-Am property had my car towed away because it was parked in one of many extra overflow lots. It was towed to an expensive storage yard at fifty a day! The total bill so far is six hundred dollars!!! We're both senior citizens and on fixed incomes. I expect to be fully reimbursed for all of her inexperience. You need to get to get rid of her now before she does anymore damage. Your customer service woman from Florida has just created more damage.
Do NOT buy a Cal-Am home, or live in a Cal-Am property! We did, and regret it! The home itself turned out to be cheap feeling. Bad build quality, and cheaper materials. The after sales service was nonexistent. The management at the Cal-Am property we unfortunately live at, Rose Garden in Surprise, Arizona, is horrible. Cal-Am Properties has twenty bad reviews on the BBB website! Stay away! This company is bad news!
