In the middle of a pandemic, Cal-Am made certain to get their lot rent increases out ahead of schedule. That's an increase of over $100/month in 3 years! For land that I care for myself and very few amenities. Do not move into a property owned and operated by Cal-Am. You are an ATM machine. I understand full well that at some point I will no longer be able to afford the rent and will have to walk away from my home to save myself.

Cal- Am only cares about profit. If they followed their own pholisify as stated on their website they would have exceptions for seniors and disabled residents that have been living in Springbrook for years. The way they calculate the cost for the water and sewer bills is so unfair that any idiot could could see that they are very lazy or again the don't care about seniors. Cal-Am is probably the worst you can choose. Horrible "community-approved" house color rules, which basically means owner-and-staff approved rules that you need to follow or they will sue you. This also applies to things such as fences, A/C units (in the hottest time of the year, might I add.) and even basketball hoops. Cal-Racist also restricts bushes and flowers, forcing families to remove roses and greenery. If you have a fence that was installed before you came here? Bully for you, remove it or your sued. I am writing and posting this publicly in hopes of gathering any and all other people who have encountered any problems arising from their relationship or, because they reside in any property owned by Cal-Am Properties, owned by Cory Sukert. These properties are geared toward 55 and older and are in several states across the USA.
