It is a must experience for overall body health and soul. I felt refreshed and rejuvenated after my visit. I can't wait to return again.
This was my 12th visit. I've been coming since 2006 and every year the experience is wider and richer. The physical surroundings are soothing, invigorating and inspiring; the exercise classes are varied and fun; and the afternoon treatments cap off the day with relaxation and healing. I won't even try to describe the marvelous food; don't know how such healthy eating can taste so good. P.S. I lost 5.5 inches last week all total.
This is my one of my favorite places on earth!! I've been 3 or 4 times and each time was heaven on earth!! The people that work there are all special and the people you meet there will be friends for life! I haven't been able to get back since 2009 because I started having kids and it's hard to leave them but I plan on going back soon. Even just for the 3 or 4 day program. What a wonderful experience. It was my first trip but I know it won't be my last. The food was incredible. Everyone was so nice and incredibly helpful! The boutique has cute items. Truly a a place to get away from it all. I met the nice people from all over. I can't wait for my next trip back. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer!!!!
