I am not sure what is going on, but I loved getting cakes and cupcakes from Caketini. I have had such a great experience over the years until as of late. I have been trying for nearly a couple of weeks to order a cake for my one-year wedding anniversary next week. So far not off to a good start. I am very concerned that I put a deposit down to hold my date for my wedding cake. At this point in my planning I can't have anything else go wrong! The manager will not return my emails or my phone calls. I have left countless voicemails with the phone number provides on the site. I still have not received any type of communication.
