the cake I ordered was NOTHING like what I had ordered not to mention, the cake was broken. do not recommend. I would have liked to even be told "sorry" or at least refund me SOME of the $75 I blew on a cake that was trash.

ordered a cake for my father for his 92nd birthday! Went today to pick up and it wasn't ready and they lost the order. They tried to compensate by a cake that wasn't even close to what i ordered.Ordered numerous times in the past from here never a problem and today they managed to ruin a very special birthday and no compensation other the $5.00 for this big mishap.Be aware of the unprofessional service that i have received here today. Very disappointed.
The atomic hunting & fishing birthday cake with special blend for my son was totally awesome!!!! It was a hit! Although I've moved from the area, Cakes by Karen is still my go-to when I'm back "home"!!!!
