Very bad customer service Cynthia began arguing with a customer over the phone while I was in her store she was very rude and nasty and made me feel uncomfortable.
In the interest of full disclosure this vendor never actually provided any services for me because she refused to return my phone calls and e-mail. That being said... I would not use this baker, at all. I bought a groupon as a test for presentation, taste and professionalism for my upcoming wedding. After the groupon was bought I attempted several times through e-mail and phone calls to contact the "business" all with no return response.
