We live just down the block from here! Just learned about it and we are already in love 💕 The cookies are amazing, they have beautiful designs and they are extremely tasty! Not overly sweet like other iced cookies which I appreciate. We also tried both the Mango Mouse and the Chocolate bombs, and were so sad with how quickly we finished them, they were too tasty! Will definitely be stopping by at least once a week from now on 😊 Agnus is just the sweetest, I would highly recommend for all your dessert needs 🍪🍰🧁
We almost went to the other cupcake place in town, but then I realized it was a chain. Was so happy to stop here! This place is a gem. Beautiful cakes and the decorated cookies are like works of art. The Mona Lisa and Chocolatina cake slices were out of this world. Rich and creamy and not too sweet! I’m already devising another excuse to come out here to get a birthday cake for someone.

They created an amazingly delicious and beautiful cake with very short notice for my son's 6th birthday. I was very impressed with their work and I highly recommend Cakes by Carlos.
I wanted to send a sweet treat to a friend as I live in another country and Cakes by Carlos were fantastic!!! Agnes was so kind and courteous and they even delivered the Cupcakes to my friend. Amazing bakery !!! not only was Agnes super nice from the first call to the day of cake pick up. The cake for my sons baptism did not only look amazing but tasted just as good. The cake was super fresh and well ... Best word to describe is AMAZING!!! My new bakery for all sweets
