I can’t say enough positive things about this bakery!! I live in middle Tn and needed to order customized cake pops for my granddaughter’s birthday party. I contacted Cakebuds and sent them pictures of the specific cake pops I needed. Using only a picture, this bakery was able to make the cake pops and not only did they look amazing, they tasted delicious!! First let me start off by saying my sons birthday cake LOOKED awesome. We ordered the Jeffy cake and they did a good job making it look amazing. BUT at the party when I go to cut into the cake imagine my surprise when the head was styrofoam, the arms and legs were pure fondant, the only part that was edible was the torso!!! I paid 250.00 for a cake that was suppose to feed 50 people that barely fed 20. When I voiced my concerns I was told that next time let them know I wanted an “edible” cake! Excuse me?? It would be nice if you would deliver a wedding cake that was ordered and paid for to the wedding today!!! You have ruined a big day that was planned for 2 years. Hope you had a great time at the Blue plum festival.
Worst service ever!!! If you like a company that won't deliver on their promises please choose this one! You won't miss out. My mom had a wedding today & guess what went missing.... the freaking cake. This is one of the main components of a wedding. After this company called to confirm delivery, no one showed up. Sad. Sad. Sad.
My friends Adams/Reintenhour wedding is today and the cake was supposed to have been here almost 3 hours ago now there closed and not answering the phone??? Praying there was just a mix up and there on the way???
Thanks for ruining my mother's wedding day! Not even a decent phone call to even say we're not bringing the cake. Ruined a significant part of the wedding and my moms special moment to the point the wedding was cut short. They even called 2 days prior and told the wedding cordinator the cake will be delivered at 3pm. Terrible service, people, and over all terrible company.
