This store is terrible. They never answer their phone or it just doesn't work. Whenever an email is sent they never get it or just dont respond. I took the chance and went to the store several time and ring the bell but NO ONE answered the door. Once I actually got in the store only to find their merchandise old and dusty. On top of that the rep tried to double the price shown on their website. Everything about this store is annoying and aweful.
Sign on door says they are ONLY doing phone orders yet when I called it rang twice before going to voice-mail. Product description on their site for what we need is insufficient. If they are going to only do phone orders they need to add info like how flexible the molds are and how deep each cavity is.
If I could put 0 star Ill do. Wery disappointed with that store. The service is horrible and not recommend for visit them
