I walked in yesterday afternoon to get my favorite half baked cupcake and was instantly greeted by the nicest gal up front named Amber! Cake fetish is the cutest environment and has a very friendly staff! Best cupcakes in ABQ!

Excellent staff, they worked with me on making a Korean Birthday Cake for my wife. Nobody locally knew how to make one. They gave it their best and it was phenomenal. It also made the birthday girl very happy. Thank you!!

Went there to get cupcakes for my family. Asked for a cookie sandwich as well and was told they were out. I pointed out the cookies on the counter and the frosting and asked if they could make one. Was told I could buy two cookies, a cupcake, and make the sandwich myself by scraping the frosting off the cupcake and sandwiching it between the cookies. Horrible customer service. I think I'll be going to Smallcakes from now on.

The young lady you talked to was new and just wasn't aware of what the bakery could do in that kind of situation. That is on us and it has become an agenda item for our next meeting. We are sad that you do not want to come see us again and we would hate to lose you as a customer but we do appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

My boyfriend and I didn't know that this place existed until we saw food networks cupcake wars. And I got to say the cupcakes are AMAZING! I highly recommend everyone to try them. You won't be disappointed. And the staff was very nice and helpful.
