They are good and now with two new chef and instructor Christina and Ruben whit modern techniques and a new approach to old methods, people say they are leading the pastry instruction in South Florida. Besides that at the store you can find almost anything you need the staff is very friendly and cooperative trying to solve any problem you may have in pastry making. OK, first of all I came to this cake decorating supplies store as a recommendation of a good friend of mine who is a professional cake baker. I never thought possible that I could learn so much about the subject on cake and pastry baking, since I was just an amateur who was mostly relying on magazines to follow the recipes. Well the thing is, I signed up for a whole course named "Premium" and this decision literally changed the game for me. Now I can say that I'm on my way to become the next Cake Boss!!!
